Merry Christmas to all, Have a wonderful time New Year's Eve and a great new year.  Look forward to our next get-together of any type anywhere!  Jayne

My wife Kathleen sent an article from her computer to mine, all the way at the other end of the house.

This is for your interest in Buddhism. Long spells of meditative silence are known to change brain waves:
